All content on the Agarta platform, including but not limited to software, VR/XR experiences, 3D environments, learning modules, AI models, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Hope Land Canada Inc. or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use content solely for authorized educational and personal purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any platform content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGARTA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; interruption or loss of service; user misuse of the platform; third-party service failures; or VR/XR-related discomfort or health effects.
Maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
